What the Guarantee Covers
Modish Construction Ltd provides a comprehensive 5-10 year workmanship guarantee on all completed projects, depending on material selection. This covers any defects arising from poor workmanship, incorrect installation techniques or failure of materials directly caused by our installation methods. The guarantee applies to all services including block paving, patios, fencing, bricklaying and landscaping.
How to Make a Claim
If you believe a defect covered by this guarantee has arisen, please contact us in writing at Modish.c.ltd@gmail.com or by telephone, providing a description and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a site visit within 10 working days to assess the defect and agree on a remedial course of action at no cost to you.
Exclusions
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, third-party interference, Acts of God, or normal wear and tear. Subsidence, tree root damage, and issues arising from pre-existing structural defects are also excluded. The guarantee is non-transferable and applies to the original client only.
